Olympian. Coach.
I'm Otoniel Badjana. I competed in shot put at the Olympics, World, European and African Championships, then worked in investment banking. Today I help people transform their body, recover well and build a healthy lifestyle that lasts.
From pro sports and investment banking to performance and recovery.
Sport shaped me. Years of elite training built more than strength and power: they taught me discipline, consistency and the mindset to keep going, and how much recovery matters.
I studied exercise science, then finance and economics, and worked in a bank. I left finance to help people with performance, recovery and longevity: losing fat, building muscle, learning to eat well and recovering properly so they can perform at their best.
Today I coach busy professionals and athletes in Luxembourg and online, with one simple system: train hard, eat well, recover smart.
